- Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to the System for violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to pay applicable fees, or unlawful activities.
- Data Retention: Upon termination, the Company may retain user data for a period as required by law or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.
