Welcome to Banquet ERP, a hospitality management solution developed and maintained by Slidescope Institute. This software is also used as a live project platform for student training and practical learning.

2. Purpose of the Software

Banquet ERP is designed for hospitality businesses including banquet halls, marriage halls, hotels, resorts, event venues, restaurants and similar organizations.

3. Evaluation Version

This installation is provided as a free evaluation version to help organizations understand, test and evaluate the capabilities of Banquet ERP before purchasing a commercial license.

This environment should not be treated as a production system for critical business operations.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Users may enter data into this evaluation platform. However:

• Data entered into this system is considered temporary.
• Slidescope Institute may modify, archive, reset or delete data at any time.
• Data may be removed with or without prior notification.
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
• No guarantee is provided regarding data retention.

5. No Warranty

This software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• No warranty of uninterrupted availability.
• No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• No guarantee regarding accuracy or completeness.
• No guarantee regarding future compatibility.

6. Training Project Notice

Banquet ERP is actively used as a live training project for students at Slidescope Institute.

During development and training activities:

• Features may be modified.
• Modules may be updated or redesigned.
• System behavior may change without notice.
• Temporary downtime may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

Slidescope Institute shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, business, financial, operational or data-related losses arising from the use of this evaluation system.

8. Commercial Licensing

Organizations interested in deploying Banquet ERP for commercial or production use may purchase a licensed version directly from Slidescope Institute.

Commercial deployments may include:

• Dedicated installation
• Private database
• Data ownership
• Custom branding
• Technical support
• Customization services

9. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, workflows, modules, logos, trademarks and related intellectual property associated with Banquet ERP remain the exclusive property of Slidescope Institute unless otherwise agreed in writing.
